Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders placed Monday to Friday by 12pm the same working day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed on Saturdays will be dispatched the following Monday, as collection services are unavailable on Sundays.

Orders placed on UK bank holidays will be dispatched the next available working day.

All UK parcels are fully tracked. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and include end-to-end tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, Evri, or customs processing for international orders.
