Reward credit terms

When you place an order with Pack To The Future, you may receive reward credit by email to use on your next order.

How to earn it: orders of £50 or more earn £5 credit. Orders of £100 or more earn £10 credit. The order value is the amount paid for items after any discounts and refunds, not including delivery.
When it arrives: your code is emailed 30 days after your order (and at least 14 days after it is dispatched), so you need to be signed up to our emails to receive it. If you are signed in to your account on our website, you will also see it there.
How to use it: £5 credit can be used on an order of £50 or more. £10 credit can be used on an order of £100 or more. Enter the code at checkout or use the button in the email.
Expiry: each code is valid for 30 days from when it is sent.
Each code can be used once, only by the customer it was sent to (the email address used at checkout must match), and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
One active code per customer at a time. Orders that are cancelled or fully refunded do not earn credit.
Reward credit has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and is not refunded if an order using it is returned.
We may change or end the reward credit scheme at any time. Codes already sent will be honoured until they expire.
